50 | 5 Scriptures to Proclaim When You Are Feeling Overwhelmed (& a Prayer for You)

Have you ever experienced this overwhelming sense of… well, overwhelm

When it literally paralyzes you to where you feel like you can't move forward at all?

I know I have and I know it is a terrible feeling.

That being said, I have a prayer for you when you are experiencing overwhelm or anxiety in addition to some Scripture that you can proclaim out loud when you are feeling this way.

Because overwhelm, yes, is a feeling you are experiencing... but there could also be some spiritual warfare at play as well. 

That being said, it's so important to use Scripture to biblically fight these battles, because Scripture is alive and active.

Hebrews 4:12 says, "For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart."

That being said, using Scripture is going to help you in so many ways. Spiritually. Mentally, Physically. Emotionally.
